The fee is paid online and is non-refundable in case of refusal. When applying outside your country of citizenship, an additional €96 biometric fee applies.

VFS appointment

We book a convenient appointment in Warsaw or another capital city. Waiting times range from several days to several weeks.

STEP 7

Document preparation

We prepare the full package: school invitation, application form, motivation letter, financial documents, and everything else required for your situation.

STEP 8

Biometrics & decision

You visit VFS to submit fingerprints and a photo. Processing time is up to 3 weeks. After approval, the electronic visa is sent to your email.

Yes. After Brexit, the United Kingdom introduced its own visa system. For courses up to 6 months, a Standard Visitor Visa with a study purpose justification is required. A Schengen visa is not valid.

It is an official letter from an accredited language school confirming your enrollment. Without it, you cannot apply for a visa. We obtain it for you.
