The interview for Ukrainians takes place at the US Embassy in Warsaw at the address: Aleje Ujazdowskie 29/31, 00-540 Warszawa, Poland. This is the main submission point for Ukrainian citizens processing a visa through Poland.
Additionally, the US Consular Agency in Krakow (ul. Stolarska 9, 31-043 Kraków) may be used — but only for specific categories of applicants and by prior agreement.

Tourist visa B1/B2 is the most universal US visa. It is suitable for:
• Tourism — travel, excursions, vacation.
• Visiting relatives — meeting children, parents, spouse, friends who are already in the US (including under the U4U program).
• Treatment — medical procedures and consultations in US clinics.
• Business trips — negotiations, conferences, exhibitions, meetings with partners (without the right to be employed).
• Short-term study — courses lasting up to 18 hours per week.

With the same visa, you can enter multiple times during its entire validity period — up to 10 years.

The B1/B2 visa is suitable for almost anyone who has a clear purpose of travel and ties to their home country that prove the intention to return. We successfully process visas for:

The consular fee for a B1/B2 visa is 185 US dollars (payable in Polish Zlotys at the embassy rate, approximately 740 PLN). This is a mandatory payment that goes directly to the US Embassy — it is non-refundable, even if the visa is refused.

Important: the consular fee is a separate payment; it is not included in the cost of our services.

The length of stay is determined not by the visa, but by the border officer upon entry into the US. Usually, they allow staying in the country for up to 6 months per trip — this is the maximum for a B1/B2 visa.

It is important not to confuse two terms:
• Visa validity period (up to 10 years) — during this time you can enter the US as many times as you like.
• Period of stay (up to 6 months) — how many days you can stay in the US during one specific trip. It is stamped upon entry.

For example: if the visa is valid for 10 years, you can travel to the US every six months for 3–6 months for all those 10 years. But if you want to stay longer than 6 months during one trip, you must apply for an extension (Form I-539) in advance inside the US.
