Before submitting, it is recommended to double-check the information you have entered: Home Affairs reserves the right to make a decision based on materials already included in the application without requesting additional information.

After submission, additional actions are also performed at the agency's request. If biometrics, a medical examination, or new documents are required, the applicant will be notified separately. The visa decision is sent in writing. The visa is electronically linked to the passport, so there is no need to obtain a separate sticker or take your passport to the embassy for affixing.

How to confirm the business purpose of your trip If your application indicates negotiations with an Australian partner, the rest of the documentation should make it clear where this meeting originated and the applicant's connection to it.
