STEP 2

Filing the I-129F petition

The first step is for the U.S. citizen to file the I-129F petition with USCIS. This happens in the United States — we advise on correct petition completion and the required documents. Petition processing takes 6 to 12 months. After approval, USCIS transfers the case to the National Visa Center (NVC), and then to the U.S. embassy in the applicant’s country of residence.

Completing the DS-160 form

We complete the DS-160 application on the official U.S. embassy website. Every field is double-checked — special attention is paid to previous marriages and relationship history.

Paying the consular fee

The $265 consular fee is paid online and is non-refundable in case of refusal. We help complete the payment correctly through the official system.

Medical examination

Interview appointment
