STEP 1

Consultation

We review your situation: legal status in Poland, travel purpose, and financial situation. We determine the application strategy and honestly assess your chances before any payment.

STEP 2

Account creation and online application completion

The New Zealand visa is submitted through the official Immigration New Zealand portal. We create the account, choose the correct visa type (Visitor Visa), and complete the form accurately and without mistakes — every field is checked before submission.

STEP 3

Visa fee payment

The government fee is paid online when submitting the application. It is non-refundable in case of refusal. We guide the payment through the official portal.

STEP 4

Preparation of the full document package

We prepare the full package: application form, financial documents, travel itinerary, motivation letter, hotel and flight reservations, and everything else required for your situation.

STEP 5

Uploading documents online

We convert files into the required format and upload them through the Immigration New Zealand portal in the correct order. Technical upload errors are one of the common reasons for processing delays.

STEP 6

Application processing

Standard processing time is 4 to 8 weeks. With a properly prepared document package, the process can go faster. We recommend applying in advance.

STEP 7

Receiving the visa

The New Zealand tourist visa is sent electronically to your email. Your passport is not sent anywhere — the permit is linked to it electronically. Print the confirmation and show it when boarding the flight.

RESULTS WE ARE PROUD OF

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE APPLYING

01

Do Ukrainian and Belarusian citizens need a visa for New Zealand?

Yes. Citizens of Ukraine and Belarus must obtain a visa to enter New Zealand. At the same time, citizens of several EU countries may enter visa-free or apply for NZeTA — check based on your citizenship.
02

What is NZeTA and can Ukrainians and Belarusians apply for it?

NZeTA (New Zealand Electronic Travel Authority) is an electronic permit for citizens of visa-waiver countries, similar to the Australian ETA. Ukraine and Belarus are not on that list — a full Visitor Visa is required.
03

Can I apply for a New Zealand visa while staying in Poland?

Yes. The application is submitted fully online through the Immigration New Zealand portal. You do not need to visit an embassy — we handle all technical steps.
04

Do I need to visit a New Zealand embassy in person?

No. A New Zealand visa is processed fully online. There is no separate New Zealand embassy in Poland — all visa matters are handled through the official portal.
05

How is the New Zealand visa issued?

The visa is sent by email electronically and automatically linked to your passport. Your passport is not sent anywhere. Print the confirmation and show it when boarding your flight.
06

Is a hotel reservation required for a New Zealand visa?

Yes. Proof of accommodation for the entire trip is mandatory. We help arrange reservations without payment in the required format.
07

How much does a New Zealand visa cost?

The government fee is around NZD $211 (≈ €115). Our services start from 300 EUR per person. Fees are non-refundable in case of refusal.
08

How long does the process take?

Case preparation takes from 5 to 14 days. Processing by the immigration department takes from 4 to 8 weeks. We recommend starting the process in advance.
09

How long is a New Zealand tourist visa issued for?

Up to 9 months from the date of issue with multiple entry. You can stay up to 3 months per entry.
10

How long can I stay in New Zealand per entry?

Up to 3 months per entry. During the visa validity period, you can enter several times.
11

Can I work in New Zealand with a tourist visa?

No. A tourist visa does not allow any paid work. Violations may result in deportation and an entry ban.
12

Is medical insurance required for a New Zealand visa?

It is not formally required, but strongly recommended — medical services in New Zealand are very expensive for foreigners.
13

How much money should I have in my bank account?

There is no fixed minimum. A general recommendation is from $3,000 to $5,000 per person depending on the trip duration. A stable bank history for the last 3–6 months is important.
14

Do I need to buy flight tickets before receiving the visa?

No. A reservation without payment is enough. We do not recommend paying for tickets before receiving the visa.
15

Can I visit New Zealand islands with one visa?

Yes. A tourist visa allows you to travel freely throughout New Zealand, including the North and South Islands.
16

What are the main reasons for New Zealand visa refusal?

Weak financial documents, no convincing travel purpose, weak ties to the country of residence, previous visa violations, or an incomplete document package.
17

What should I do if I have already been refused a New Zealand visa?

We analyze the reason and build a new strategy. Reapplication is included in our service fee without an additional charge.
18

Does a residence card or PESEL UKR in Poland improve my chances?

Yes, significantly. Legal status in Poland confirms that you have life outside New Zealand and makes the application much stronger.
19

Does having an Australian or US visa help with a New Zealand visa?

Yes, positively. Previous visas to Australia, the USA, and the United Kingdom are a strong advantage. They show that you complied with visa rules.
20

Can I apply without knowing English?

Yes. The application form is completed in English, but we fully handle this stage. English knowledge is not a requirement for obtaining a New Zealand visa.
