We complete the online application on the VFS Global website on behalf of the child. All data is entered accurately and without mistakes.

Visa fee payment

The fee is paid online and is non-refundable in case of refusal. If applying outside the country of citizenship, an additional €96 biometric fee applies.

VFS appointment

We book a convenient appointment in Warsaw or the capital of another country. Waiting times range from several days to several weeks.

STEP 6

Document preparation

We prepare the full package: application form, birth certificate, parental consents, motivation letter, and all other required documents.

STEP 7

Biometrics submission

The child personally visits VFS together with a parent to submit fingerprints and a photo. The procedure takes 15–20 minutes, and the passport is not retained.

STEP 8

Receiving the decision

Processing takes up to 3 weeks. The electronic visa is sent by email. The child can stay in the UK for up to 6 months per entry.
