After returning from the US, the client was called to the embassy in Warsaw — and informed about the cancellation of their previous visa. Re-applying with such a "trail" is always a high-risk case.

We carefully prepared the application to eliminate any doubts from the officer. We conducted a deep consultation: analyzed the situation in detail and prepared the client for the explanation — focusing on the fact that the circumstances leading to the cancellation were not intentional.

Each client had different circumstances: finances, marital status, visa history. What they had in common was children in the US under the U4U program who could not return home.

For each client, we formed a strong narrative, accurately reflected it in the application, and conducted detailed interview preparation — including potential questions and answers.

The client and her son were planning a trip to the US — to visit the husband and father. At first, they considered having the husband in the US act as the sponsor, which often raises additional questions from the consul.

We recommended presenting the trip as self-funded. We explained how to competently argue the client's remote work during the interview — considering her position and stable income in Ukraine.
